TGIF preview: YMCA announces new program for moms (The Oshkosh Northwestern)

In conjunction with the Womens Fund of Oshkosh, the Oshkosh YMCA will be offering a free community program for working mothers -- Strong Moms -- which will meet at the YMCA the third Thursday of every month from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
