The Rotary Club of Newport, Oregon is launching its second annual Wine Raffle in conjunction with the 2009 Newport Seafood & Wine Festival. Containing more than 100 bottles of fine wines, the “Newport Collection II” will offer one lucky ticket holder the opportunity to win an “instant wine cellar”.
