The man behind "Two Buck Chuck" wine will not receive a presidential pardon from George W. Bush for an old zinfandel grape fraud case. Fred T. Franzia, nephew of Ernest Gallo, pleaded guilty in 1993 to conspiracy to defraud by passing off cheap grapes as more expensive zinfandel. He paid a $500,000 fine and served five years on probation.
